Every Friday in April, we’ll launch a new gardening themed video with Barbott Farms and Greenhouse and give you a chance to become a qualifier as every Friday is also a new registration opportunity for you!
All qualifiers from each weekly contest will join 99.9 Y-Country at Barbott Farms & Greenhouse on Monday, May 1st for the grand prize giveaway – and if you’re not a qualifier by April 25th, you can still come out on May 1st from 4-5:30pm for your last chance registration!

Green Thumb Giveaway 2025 Contest Rules
The following contest details are applicable to the Green Thumb Giveaway 2025, along with the general rules listed on 999ycountry.com:
One person has the chance to win one Walk-in Greenhouse (8x6ft.), one Elevated Cedar Garden Bed, one LEMY Garden Kneeler Seat Portable Garden Bench, $100 worth of starter plants, one Roo garden apron, and $200 worth of various gardening supplies.
How to Enter: This contest will take place April 4th, 2025 – May 1st, 2025. To enter, listen to 99.9 Y-Country for contest dates, or visit 999ycountry.com. During announced contest dates, entrants will have between 9am-6pm ET to go to 999ycountry.com to fill out the contest form once per contest date for a chance to win. There will be a last-chance qualifier registration during the giveaway party on May 1st, 2025 between 4-5:30pm. One person will be chosen from each contest date as a qualifier to win the prize package. Persons may only qualify once for this contest. Qualifiers will assemble in-person on May 1st at Barbott Farms & Greenhouse as a reverse drawing determines the last standing person that will win the prize.

Registration: Please include contact information: address, phone, email address for notification and date of birth for age verification. Parties must adhere to all applicable rules and be in attendance to the giveaway event to be eligible to win.
Green Thumb Giveaway Party: The Giveaway party will be in-person on May 1st, 2025. A reverse drawing will be held with all attending and confirmed qualifiers present at 5:45pm. Qualifiers that choose not to participate may be replaced with last-minute qualifiers from a contest drawing. The reverse drawing will commence, and the last remaining person will win the prize, provided all prize eligibility and requirements are met.
All qualifiers must be 18 years or older and a resident within the broadcast coverage area of 99.9 Y-Country, which includes Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties in Michigan; and St. Joseph county in Indiana. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes per state and federal law.
Employees of Station and their immediate families* are not eligible to participate.
Employees and their immediate families* of other FCC-licensed broadcast stations are not eligible to participate.
Prizes must be claimed within 60 days or risk forfeiture.
In contests involving participating merchants, owners, managers and employees of such merchants and their immediate families* are not eligible to participate.
One qualifier per household.
* Immediate Family shall include spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and co-habitating “significant other”. Residents of the same household are also considered “Immediate Family“, whether or not related by blood or marriage.
